Early Childhood Education Pathway

11th and 12th Graders

Overview

Learn skills to establish and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment for young children while providing positive guidance. Focus on best practices in early childhood development and education. Students will have three opportunities to work with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in a practicum setting to apply theories and techniques. Coursework also provides a strong foundation for those looking to continue to SCC or a 4-year college.
